I received the wrong product. What now?

In the unfortunate case that you are sent the wrong product from our warehouse, we will correct the error as soon as possible. See the steps...

The wrong product can be sent on rare occasions. We ask you to please check whether your parcel is correct upon delivery. If the parcel does not seem to match your order, then please do not sign the delivery note and/or clearly note the nature of the discrepancy on the delivery note.

Once we receive your request, we will get in touch to arrange a replacement or exchange as quickly as we can. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
