Where can I track the status of my order?

Once you've ordered through a KitchenAid website, you'll be able to follow the progress of the order and delivery. Here are the details...

We're pleased to have your order and will update you about its progress via email as follows:

1) CONFIRMATION: Firstly, you will receive an order confirmation email.
2) SHIPPING: As soon as we the goods leave our KitchenAid warehouse, we'll contact you again to let you know. This email will contain the shipping information of your parcel, the parcel number and a hyperlink to be able to track the parcel on the website of the shipping company. On that shipping company site, you'll also find contact details of the shipper.

MY ACCOUNT UPDATES

The status of your order and an estimated delivery time can also be found in ‘My Account’ on our website, where the status of your order is regularly updated. The moment your parcel is being prepared for shipment, as well as informing you by email, we also share a link in ‘My Account’ with the tracking details.

What are the benefits of 'My Account'?

You don't have to set up a ‘My Account’ on our website when placing an order, but it makes it easier to:
