You can start your return in 3 different ways.
Checklist for a smooth return
1. Give all the details
However you start your return, please make sure you give us all the information, including the Order Number, Model Number, and Serial Number. We need this to process your order for you.

Any additional remarks we need to be aware of? Please feel free to attach any photos or videos you like in order to show damage, etc.
2. Arrange with DPD
You’ll get an email from DPD with a link that generates a shipping label to print and stick on the box. Please contact DPD to arrange a pickup (you can call or use their website) OR you can drop the package at one of their locations.
3. Pack it well
Make sure you pack the product securely in its original packaging. It’s your responsibility to box it up safely, along with any accessories or packing components. If necessary, add some outer packaging to avoid it getting damaged.
4. What can’t be returned
Please be aware that you can only make return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. Otherwise, we cannot accept your return. If items arrive incomplete, damaged or soiled, they won’t be refunded. We cannot refund any personalised items.

All refunds must be requested within 14 calendar days of delivery. Personalised products which have been created for you (such as the Mixer tilt-head Artisan By You 5KSM193 with personalised trimband) cannot be returned. Exchanges are only possible for faulty items.
