How can I return a purchased product?

If you change your mind or need to return a product to KitchenAid for any reason, you can do so within 14 days of delivery. This is how it works...

We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item for any reason, you may return it to us within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. How does it work? See the steps below:

You can request your return by:

  1. Going to your 'My Account' section on the website. Simply go to 'My Orders' and click on the 'Return' button. Don't have an account yet? Click here to create one now.

OR alternatively:

  1. Email us on contact.webshop@kitchenaid.com, including all the following details of your return request:

Item name or product code of the product you wish to return:

Reason for return: 1. Wrong product / 2. Packaging damaged / 3. Aesthetic defect / 4. Technical defect / 5. Missing part(s) / 6. Product not as expected / 7. Delivered too late 8. No reason, I changed my mind.

What would you like to do - Refund (please note: EXCHANGE is not possible anymore for UK customers).

Serial number of the product you wish to return (only relevant if your item was incorrect or faulty): Any additional remarks we need to be aware of?

  • please attach any photos or videos you like in order to show damage.

IMPORTANT FOR UK CUSTOMERS: We will also send you a separate email that includes a proforma invoice, with all the details of the product(s) being returned. This document is required for customs purposes, so please print and attach it to the outer box, making sure it's clearly visible. Failure to do so may result in delays in your return being processed.

Note about packaging:

Remember to pack the product in its original packaging, together with any items that were included with it. Please refer to Can I return products without the original packaging? for further details.

Warning: items we cannot refund

If you do not make your return request to KitchenAid within 14 calendar days of the delivery date, we cannot accept your return. If the items arrive back with us incomplete, damaged, or soiled, they will not be refunded. Likewise, we cannot accept the return of personalised items which were created for you.

When will you receive your refund?

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of your package arriving back with us. We will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional charges resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), immediately and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your returned product. We will use the same means of payment for this refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will fees be charged for this refund. We may refuse to refund until we receive the merchandise in return, or until you can prove that you returned the merchandise, whichever comes first.
