Ordering replacement parts for small appliances
How to order a part that is broken will depend on whether your product is within its guarantee period or not. If your product is under guarantee, you can contact our Customer Service team as follows: Email us here OR Call us here - this is a freephone number and service will be provided to you in local language - open Monday to Friday from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. We will then be able to verify your warranty, order the part and, if needed, provide repair options.
While there are many replacement parts available for small appliances, KitchenAid does not sell any parts that are considered 'internal' parts or parts that connect to the motor in any way.

Can I repair my appliance myself?
