I only received part of my order, what now?

If your order status shows that an item has been delivered, but you are left empty handed, then do not panic. Here is what to do about it...

We're sorry if you've only received part of your order from us. If something appears to be missing, please get in touch with our Customer Service team to let us know of the issue.

You can contact us by emailing or phoning. (This is a toll free number and service will be provided to you in local language. The call centre is available from Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.)

We will then take care of getting the missing product to you.
