Order confirmations should arrive with you quickly. Normally, you should see an order confirmation land in your email box within 10 minutes of placing your order.
If this is not the case and you can't see one, please contact our Customer Service team by email on contact.webshop@kitchenaid.com or by phone on 00800 381 04026. It's a toll free number and service will be provided to you in local language (Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.) They will check your order.
