What if I didn't receive an order confirmation?

If you treat yourself to something on the website, you should receive an order confirmation email. Find out what to do if it's missing...

Once you've checked out with a new purchase, you should get an order confirmation in your email box within about 10 minutes.

Can't see it? Please first check your trash/spam folder to make sure it hasn't accidentally gone into there.

If not, then please go ahead and contact our Customer Service team by email on contact.webshop@kitchenaid.com or by phone on 00800 381 04026. It's a toll free number and service will be provided to you in local language (Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.) They will check your order for you.

Update in My Account
