When you order on our website, you can request a VAT invoice by simply filling in the VAT field at the checkout. You will receive your VAT invoice automatically in your inbox once your order has been shipped.
Haven’t received the invoice yet, even after your package was delivered?
Please first check your trash/spam folder to make sure the email hasn't accidentally gone into there. If it's not there, then please contact our Customer Service team by email on firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone on 00800 381 04026. It's a toll free number and service will be provided to you in local language (Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.).
Your invoice will also be available in My Account
If you have set up ‘My Account’, then you can download a copy of your invoice there. However, if you placed the order very recently, please wait until it’s shipped for the invoice to be available.
