The refund of your KitchenAid product will be processed no later than 14 days of the date we receive your parcel back. We will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional charges resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer).
We will use the same means of payment for the refund as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will fees be charged for your refund.
We may refuse to refund until we receive the merchandise in return, or until you can prove that you returned the merchandise, whichever comes first.
