How quickly will I get refunded for a return?

If you have returned a product to KitchenAid, you will be eager to receive your refund. Find out how long it takes to receive the payment here...

You want your refund as quickly as possible, and so we commit to processing it within 14 days of the date we receive the parcel.

What you will be refunded for:

You will be refunded for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (except for additional charges resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), immediately and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your returned package.

We will use the same method of payment for this refund as you used for your original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for your refund.

Delays to refunds

We may refuse to refund your money until we receive the returned merchandise, or until you can prove that you have sent the return, whichever comes first.
