Ingredients
20 20 half dried tomatoes
15 g parmesan cheese
1 tbsp pine nuts
4 basil leaves
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
pepper
Step by step
Put all the ingredients in the Food Processor fitted with the Multipurpose Blade. Mix on speed 2 until the mixture is smooth but still has chunks in it.
Serve on a baguette or with a toast.
