Beautiful nutrient-rich chia parfait that can be eaten as breakfast or a pre-workout meal.

Ingredients
120 g coconut yoghurt
150 ml coconut water
3 tsp chia seeds
200 g frozen cherries
200 ml coconut milk
1 tbsp agave syrup
2 frozen dragon fruit, cubed
2 frozen banana, sliced
4 slices fresh dragon fruit
6 edible flowers
Step by step
Add the coconut yoghurt, coconut water, chia seeds and frozen cherries to the jug of the BLENDER K400 - ARTISAN.
Blend on the Icy Drink setting.
Place a slice of dragon fruit in each glass. Press it against the glass.
Fill the glasses halfway with the cherry-chia layer.
To make the second layer, pour the coconut milk in the jug of the blender.
Add the agave syrup, frozen dragon fruit and frozen bananas.
Blend on the Icy Drink setting.
Pour on top of the chia-cherry layer.
Top off with a slice of dragon fruit and edible flowers. Serve immediately.
