Ingredients

3 ripe tomatoes, peeled

3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

handful basil leaves

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

12 slices ciabatta

3 cloves of garlic

Step by step

  1. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes and add the olive oil. Chop the basil into ribbons and add to the tomato. Season with the salt and pepper. Combine and let marinate on the counter (not fridge) for an hour.

  2. Insert the bread into the toast and put the shade control on 3. The bread should be crunchy on the outside but still soft on the inside.

  3. Rub the peeled garlic over the bread. Dress with the tomatoes and serve with some burrata on the side.
