Ingredients

250 ml milk

1 eggs

1,5 tbsp butter

35 g caster sugar

75 g all purpose flour

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Step by step

  1. Attach the Wire Whip to the stand mixer.

  2. In the mixing bowl of the stand mixer, combine the milk, eggs, melted butter, sugar, flour and vanilla extract.

  3. Turn Speed Control Lever to 4 and mix for about 40 seconds.

  4. Put a quarter of a teaspoon of butter into a low non-stick frying pan.

  5. Pour about 3/4 of a ladle of the batter into the pan and turn pan immediately from side to side to form an even circle.

  6. Cook over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes until the edges of the crêpe are browning. Flip the crêpe carefully but confidently and bake 1 more minute. Repeat until all batter is used.

  7. Serve with whipped mascarpone and hot raspberries.
