My cordless hand mixer isn't charging. What now?

Our Cordless Collection includes a cordless hand mixer, cordless hand blender and cordless food chopper — each sold separately. They work with a rechargeable battery, which is designed to work with all products in the collection. This Lithium Ion battery gives you optimal runtime, charging from empty to full in 2 hours.

The Cordless Hand mixer is approved by the Good Housekeeping Institute (2021) and should be in perfect working order.

Why won't it charge?

First of all, double check that the plug is working. Then, if you have a circuit breaker box, make sure that the circuit is closed (and the fuse hasn't blown).

Don't worry. All cordless collection products carry a 2-year guarantee.
