Oat milk & turmeric latte shake with whole psyllium husk

Ingredients
1 banana, roughly chopped and frozen
1 small turmeric root
150 ml oat milk
200 ml water
25 g almonds
1 tsp psyllium husks
pinch vanilla powder
pinch cinnamon
pinch cardamom
Step by step
Soak psyllium husk in water for 30 minutes.
Place all ingredients in the blender jar, secure lid and set blender to Juice setting.
Blend until machine turns itself off.
Alternatively, combine ingredients in blender, secure lid and turn dial to Speed 1.
Slowly increase speed to high (Speed 9 or 11) and blend until golden and creamy.
If necessary, add more liquid.
Pour into glasses and enjoy with a straw to avoid yellow corners of the mouth!
