Ingredients
1 kg strawberries
1 kg jam sugar (check proportions on the packaging)
1 lemon
Step by step
Cut the strawberry tops off. Put the strawberries in the bowl of the stand mixer.
Attach Flat Beater.
Pull Speed Control Lever to 2 and mash the strawberries for 1 minute.
Put the strawberries in a pan.
Add jam sugar and lemon juice.
Bring to boil and cook for 3 minutes, stirring continuously.
Put the hot jam into clean jars, close and let cool.
