Ingredients

500 g mixed red fruit, frozen

50 g sugar

60 ml cointreau

30 fresh mint leaves

Step by step

  1. Insert the 'StirAssist' into the bowl. Add the fruit mixture, sugar, Cointreau and mint. Close the lid. Select BOIL P1 and press Start to confirm. Serve hot. Great with vanilla ice cream.

  2. For a smooth coulis, press Pulse for 10 seconds once the mixture is cooked. Reduce the Pulse time for larger pieces.
