Ingredients

2 apples

3 small red beets

3 cm ginger

Step by step

  1. Core the apples and quarter them.

  2. Trim off the stems and tops from the beets. Cut the beets in half.

  3. Peel the ginger.

  4. Attach the Slow Juicer Attachment on a stand mixer.

  5. Push the apples, beets and ginger through the Slow Juicer Attachment.

  6. Enjoy it right away.
