Ingredients
3 limes
12 tbsp passion fruit pulp
750 ml pineapple juice
90 ml agave syrup
450 ml sparkling water
Step by step
Juice the fresh limes with the Cordless Citrus Juicer or Citrus Press attachment on your Blender and add to a shaker or mixing jug. Add the passion fruit pulp, pineapple juice and syrup. Shake or stir well to combine.
To a glass filled with ice, pour in the mixture, filling about 3/4 of the glass. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with mint and a halved passion fruit.
Rim the glasses in salt or a spicy seasoning mixture.
