Overnight porridge with blueberry sauce
This porridge soaked overnight makes for a wholesome scrumptious breakfast.

Ingredients
90 g oats
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
360 ml milk
150 g blueberries
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp sugar
Step by step
Put the oats, peanut butter, maple syrup and milk in the jar.
Store the jar in the fridge for at least 6 hours but preferably overnight.
Combine the blueberries, lemon juice and sugar in a saucepan. Simmer on low heat until blueberries are broken down.
Pour the blueberries in the jug of the blender and mix on speed 7. Strain the sauce through a fine mesh strainer.
Pour the blueberry sauce over the oats before serving.
