Cream of mushroom and garlic soup
Nothing better than a warm bowl of this creamy garlic mushroom soup.

vegetable stock
2 tsp
fresh thyme, chopped
2 tsp
garlic, minced
250 g
mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp
butter
100 ml
thick cream
to taste
salt and pepper
Step by step
Heat up the butter in a heavy skillet.
Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add mushrooms and brown them. Season with salt and pepper and cook another minute.
Pour the vegetable stock and cream into the jug of a blender. Add mushrooms and thyme.
Put the blender on Soup Stand and cook until the programme is finished. Finish off with pepper and garnish with fresh thyme sprigs.
