kalamata olives

lemon juice

1 tbsp

red wine vinegar

1/4 tsp

pepper

1/2 tsp

dried oregano

olive oil

Step by step

  1. Insert Reversible Slicing/Shredding Disc into the food processor, and slice the cucumber on speed 2.

  2. Put the cucumber slices into a salad bowl.

  3. Using the same disc, slice the red onion on speed 2. Add to the bowl.

  4. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Add to the bowl.

  5. Add the Kalamata olives.

  6. Cut the feta cheese in cubes. Add to the bowl.

  7. Mix the red wine vinegar, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Slowly add olive oil while mixing.

  8. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.

  9. Gently toss everything together and serve with toasted pita breads.
