Filled with all sorts of goodness, these vegan chocolate protein muffins are perfect for an afternoon snack or breakfast to go!

Ingredients
1 banana
300 ml oat milk
200 ml sparkling water
100 g white bean flour
80 g peanut butter
20 dates, pitted
2 tbsp chocolate powder
1 tbsp cacao nibs
2 tsp baking powder
Step by step
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Mix all the ingredients except the baking powder and cacao nibs until well-blended.
Add the baking powder and cacao nibs and stir once again at the lowest speed.
Divide the mixture between 10-12 muffin silicone liners.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before enjoying.
