200 g pitted cherries
30 ml lemon juice
3 tbsp agave syrup
100 ml cherry juice
Step by step
Add the cherries, lemon juice, and agave syrup to the Top Down Chopper. Blend until smooth and well combined.
Pour the mixture through a fine sieve to remove any pulp, leaving you with a silky cherry purée. Stir in the cherry juice, then transfer the mixture to an ice cube tray. Freeze overnight until solid.
When ready to serve, place a few cherry ice cubes in a glass and top with chilled still lemonade. As the cubes slowly melt, they infuse the lemonade with vibrant color and rich cherry flavor.
