Ingredients
350 g self-raising flour
1 tsp baking powder
85 g butter, cold
120 g brown sugar
525 ml milk, warm
450 g blueberries
Step by step
Place flour, baking powder, sugar and butter in a bowl of a stand mixer.
Attach the Flat Beater and turn Speed Control Lever to 4. Mix for 1 minute.
While mixing, slowly add warm milk and mix for another minute until dough forms.
Add blueberries into the bowl and mix for 30 seconds on speed 1.
Transfer the dough onto the floured surface and form a circle.
Cut the circle in 6 wedges. Brush with some milk.
Bake for 20 minutes in a 180ºC preheated oven.
