Ingredients
300 g ice cubes
200 ml skimmed milk
1 tbsp honey
cinnamon
100 ml beetroot juice, organic
Step by step
Place the ice cubes in the jug of the K400 blender. Crush the ice using the ice crush setting. Divide the crushed ice over 2 glasses.
Pour the milk into the jug of the K400 blender. Add honey and cinnamon. Mix on speed 3 for 1 minute till the milk is frothy.
Pour the milk over the crushed ice. Pour the beetroot juice in the glasses.
Serve immediately.
