Ingredients

300 g red apples

100 g ladies finger biscuits

25 g brown sugar

150 g peach jam

1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Step by step

  1. Attach the Spiralizer to the KitchenAid Stand Mixer. Center one apple on the fruit and vegetable skewer. Attach the peeling blade and the small core slicing blade.

  2. Turn Speed Control Lever to 4 and slice the apples. Place the sliced apples on a cutting board and divide them into individual slices.

  3. In a bowl crumble the biscuits and add the sugar and cardamom powder.

  4. Season the apple slices with the jam and mix well to coat all the sides.

  5. Cover the apple slices with the crumble mixture.

  6. Place the slices onto a serving tray and let dry for 15 minutes then serve.

  7. In summertime top the slices with vanilla ice-cream and sprinkle with grounded cinnamon.
