Grocery Delivery E-Services UK Limited (“HelloFresh”) is the promoter of the HelloFresh KitchenAid Mini Chopper Promotion ("KitchenAid Promotion"). For any questions about the administration of this Promotion, please contact HelloFresh customer services via the HelloFresh website or mobile application.
To participate in the KitchenAid Promotion, new HelloFresh users and those inactive for more than 12 months must subscribe and complete the purchase of 3 HelloFresh boxes between 10 August 2026 2026 and 2 November 2026 under HelloFresh’s terms. If a registered user cancels their subscription before completing the purchase of the required HelloFresh boxes, the user permanently loses their eligibility to participate in the KitchenAid Promotion.
Eligible customers will receive a unique voucher code by email from HelloFresh. Customers must redeem their code at kichenaid.co.uk/hellofresh-redemption (the “Site”). To claim a KitchenAid Mini Chopper, customers must submit their name, address, email, voucher details and preferred colour on the Site by 31 December 2026. Available colours may include Almond Cream, Onyx Black, and Empire Red, all are subject to availability and you may not receive your preferred colour.
KitchenAid Europa, Inc. (“KitchenAid”) is the supplier of the KitchenAid Mini Choppers to customers. HelloFresh provides the voucher code. Customers redeem the voucher code directly on the Site. KitchenAid handles the voucher redemption, delivery, standard product warranties and customer support for the KitchenAid Mini Chopper. HelloFresh accepts no responsibility or liability for product defects or delivery delays. Neither HelloFresh nor KitchenAid will accept responsibility for redemption applications that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.

HelloFresh has made a reasonable estimate of the likely requirements, but stock is limited and receiving a KitchenAid Mini Chopper is subject to availability.
The KitchenAid Promotion is open only to residents of the UK, Jersey and Guernsey aged 18 or older. It excludes residents of the Scottish Highlands and Islands. HelloFresh employees, their immediate families, agents and professional connections cannot participate.
Entrants cannot exchange the KitchenAid Mini Chopper for cash or any other products. Limit of one item per customer household.
HelloFresh and/or KitchenAid may withhold, cancel or reclaim vouchers for operational reasons or if it suspects abuse or if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the promotion. Abuse includes creating multiple accounts, sharing voucher codes publicly or activity that otherwise undermines the purpose of the KitchenAid Promotion. HelloFresh may suspend accounts or terminate accounts and disqualify users from future promotions.
HelloFresh and/or KitchenAid will not accept redemption applications that are automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications) or completed by third parties or in bulk.
HelloFresh may verify entrant eligibility. Entrants must provide proof of identity, age and address on request of HelloFresh or KitchenAid. HelloFresh and KitchenAid may withdraw a voucher code and/or eligibility for the KitchenAid Mini Chopper if either reasonably suspects a breach of these terms.
HelloFresh or KitchenAid may substitute a product of equal or greater value if required by circumstances beyond the control of either party. KitchenAid may provide an alternative colour KitchenAid Mini Chopper if the entrant’s chosen colour is unavailable.
Customers should allow 28 days from redemption of a voucher code for delivery.
HelloFresh and KitchenAid may suspend, amend or cancel the KitchenAid Promotion if unforeseen issues occur outside their reasonable control.
HelloFresh, KitchenAid and their agents exclude all liability for loss, damage, personal injury or death arising from product use, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This limitation of liability does not apply to personal injury or death caused by the negligence of HelloFresh, KitchenAid or their employees. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
HelloFresh and Kitchen Aid will only process entrant personal data to administer the KitchenAid Promotion in accordance with the applicable HelloFresh Privacy Notice [link] and/or applicable KitchenAid Privacy Notice, accessible on the Site.
HelloFresh's, and KitchenAid’s, decisions regarding the KitchenAid Promotion are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
