I didn't receive anything, what can I do?

If your order status shows that an item has been delivered, but you are left empty handed, then do not panic. Here is what to do about it...

Firstly, sorry for any inconvenience caused. If an item has gone missing, please contact our Customer Service team to explain the problem.

You can do this by emailing or calling. (This is a toll free number and service will be provided to you in local language. The call centre is available from Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.)

What happens next?

Our team will take care of replacing the item for you.
