Do I need to pay import taxes upon delivery?

If you're in the UK, you may be wondering about how Britain's exit from the EU has affected shipment and import tax. We're here to help...

Good news on import taxes: no import or customs duties will be charged to you, as the customer, when your goods arrive. All costs relating to importation and customs will be managed by KitchenAid.

If you have been requested to pay an import charge, please call our Customer Service team for help on 00800 381 04026. (This is a toll free number and service will be provided to you in local language. The call centre is available from Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm.)
