If the ingredients aren't mixing together, it's usually because there is an air pocket around the blade, which means the ingredients miss the blade during blending. If this is happening, then:
- unplug the power cord.
- remove the blender jar from the base, and use a spatula or tamper to stir and rearrange your ingredients.
- turn the blender back on to continue use.
For certain recipes, you can also try adding more liquid.
