Strawberry soup with fresh pineapple and coconut milk

Ingredients
500 g strawberries, hulled
1/4 peeled ripe pineapple, cored and cut into chunks
2 oranges, juiced
200 ml coconut milk
3 tbsp sugar
fresh mint
fresh basil
greek yoghurt
a few fresh strawberries
Step by step
Prepare the fruit as described und put directly into the KitchenAid Artisan Blender pitcher. Add the orange juice, coconut milk and sugar. Blend on speed 5 liquify for about 20 seconds until completely smooth. Chill for several hours to develop flavor.
To make the garnish, finely chop the herbs and stir into the yoghurt.
Serve soup well chilled with a dollop of herb-yoghurt and some sliced strawberries on top. Enjoy!
