Strawberry balsamic frozen yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 400 g plain whole-milk greek yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 350 g frozen strawberries
  • 50 g sugar
  • Amount ingredient name

Combine all ingredients in blender jar of the KitchenAid ARTISAN Power Plus Blender. Secure lid and pulse 4 to 5 times on low. Turn dial to Speed 1, then slowly increase speed to medium (Speed 5 or 6). Blend, using the Flex Edge tamper to push down ingredients, until completely smooth for about 1 minute. Do not over-blend or frozen yoghurt will begin to melt.

Serve right away, or transfer to airtight container and store in freezer for up to 1 week.
