Or increase speed slightly (Speed 2 or 3) and purée ingredients, using the Flex Edge tamper to push down ingredients, until smooth for about 1 minute. If purée is too stiff, add cooking liquid as needed to thin.

Store in airtight container in refrigerator for up to 2 days or in freezer for up to 3 months.
