Ingredients

180 ml espresso

3 tbsp hazelnut cream

5 tbsp + extra for garnish chocolate sauce

900 ml milk

15 ice cubes

12 tbsp whipped cream

30 g macademia nuts, chopped

Step by step

  1. Add the espresso, hazelnut cream, 5 tablespoons of chocolate sauce, milk and ice cubes to the jug of the KitchenAid K150 blender.

  2. Start blending on speed 2 and increase to speed 3 until an icy drink forms.

  3. Drizzle the inside of the serving glasses with chocolate sauce. Pour the iced mocha into the glasses. Top off with whipped cream and crushed macademia nuts.
