2 tsp matcha powder
45 ml water
60 ml heavy cream
30 ml milk
8 ice cubes
200 ml coconut water
Step by step
Using a KitchenAid kettle, heat water to exactly 80°C - or follow the guideline on the packaging.
In a bowl or cup, whisk the matcha powder with 45 ml of hot water from the kettle until fully dissolved and frothy.
Combine the matcha with heavy cream and milk, then use a milk frother to whip until thick.
Place add 3-4 ice cubes per glas and pour in coconut water.
Slowly pour the frothed matcha mixture over the ice and coconut water, creating a cloudy green layer. Stir before drinking, and feel free to add sweetener if desired.
