93 g melted butter
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 tsp salt
Step by step
Put the lemon juice and egg yolks in the jug of the blender and blend for 30 seconds on speed 8.
With the ingredients measuring cup removed and the motor still running, add salt and slowly pour in the melted butter.
Blend until the hollandaise sauce is creamy.
Serve immediately.
