Tools
Ingredients
1 head garlic
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp pepper
35 g parsley
35 g chives
35 g basil
250 g butter, room temperature
Step by step
Cut off the top of a garlic head and place onto some tin foil. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Wrap the garlic completely in the tin foil and roast for 45 minutes in a 200°C oven.
Place the parsley, chives and basil in the KitchenAid cordless chopper.
Secure the lid and turn the speed to 2. Press down the Pulse/On button to process until finely chopped.
Place the soft butter into a large bowl and sprinkle in the chopped fresh herb and roasted garlic. Mix together with a spoon until all ingredients are combined.
Roll the butter into a log using cling film. Refrigerate for 1 hour until the herb butter has a firm consistency.
