Easy to customize, this hot pot is a perfect dish to serve when you have friends over!

Ingredients
1/2 onion
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 ginger, minced
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp packed brown sugar
3/4 l beef broth
200 g ramen noodles
3 mushrooms
1 carrots
1/2 red bell pepper
4 florets broccoli
6 snap peas
1 tbsp fresh cilantro
100 g beef, thinly sliced
Step by step
Attach the Fresh Prep Slicer/Shredder Attachment fitted with the Coarse Shredding Blade to the stand mixer. Shred the onion on speed 4.
Heat olive oil in the pan and add the onion. Cook until translucent.
Add minced ginger, oyster sauce, sesame oil and packed brown sugar. Cook for a minute and add beef broth.
When the broth is boiling, add noodles. Remove noodles when cooked.
Remove broth from stove and place on a heating element on the table.
Attach the Fresh Prep Slicer/Shredder Attachment fitted with the Slicing Blade to the stand mixer.
Slice the mushrooms and the carrots on speed 4.
Put all the vegetables in separate bowls and place them on the table. Place the beef on the table.
Allow guests to serve themselves and cook beef and vegetables in simmering broth.
