Ingredients

100 g fresh or thawed frozen cherries

30 ml balsamic vinegar

1 tbsp honey

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

60 ml olive oil

1/4 shallot, diced

Step by step

  1. Add the cherries, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to the Top Down Chopper. Blend until the cherries are completely broken down and the mixture is smooth.
