Delicious and healthy cashew milk that can also be used in smoothies and breakfast bowls.

100 g cashew nuts
1/2 tsp honey
300 ml mineral water
Step by step
Soak the cashew nuts for 2 hours in water. Drain the nuts.
Place the nuts, honey and mineral water in the food processor.
Mix on speed 7 for 45 seconds.
Put a sieve over a bowl. Lay a cheese cloth over the sieve. Pour the cashew milk over it and strain until all of the liquid is extracted.
Drink immediately or transfer milk to a jar or bottle and refrigerate.
