Step by step
Add the artichoke, spinach, salt, pepper, and garlic to the Food Processor. Pulse 3-5 times until coarsely chopped. Add the Raclette cheese, Parmesan, honey, and chili flakes. Mix on speed 2 until the mixture looks uniform.
Cut the pita breads down the middle into two halves. Divide the mixture over the breads. Grill in a pan over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side, until the bread is golden brown and the cheese has melted.
