1- Place flour and salt in the stand mixer bowl
2- Attach bowl and flat beater
3- Turn to speed 2 and gradually add eggs and a little water
4- Mix for 30 seconds
5- Stop the stand mixer and exchange the flat beater for the dough hook
6- Turn to speed 2 and knead for 2 minutes
7- Then, leave it to 'rest'
