Ingredients

80 ml olive oil

3 springs thyme

60 ml worcestershire sauce

120 ml soy sauce

1/2 tsp red wine vinegar

30 ml honey

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

3 scallions

1/4 red onion

1 garlic clove

Step by step

  1. Add the olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, honey, salt and black pepper to the Food Processor.

  2. Pick the thyme leaves of the stems before adding it to the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Slice the scallions and them to the Food Processor.

  4. Cut the onion and garlic into large chunks and add them to the Food Processor as well.

  5. Press the Pulse button and mix until there are only small chucks left.

  6. Place a steak in a tray. Pour the marinade over the steak, cover the tray with cling film and marinate for 30 minutes in the fridge.

  7. Discard the marinade and pad the steak dry before grilling it.
