oat milk

200 ml

sparkling water

100 g

white bean flour

80 g

peanut butter

dates, pitted

2 tbsp

chocolate powder

1 tbsp

cacao nibs

2 tsp

baking powder

Step by step

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  2. Mix all the ingredients except the baking powder and cacao nibs until well-blended.

  3. Add the baking powder and cacao nibs and stir once again at the lowest speed.

  4. Divide the mixture between 10-12 muffin silicone liners.

  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

  6. Allow to cool completely before enjoying.
