Ginger lemon tea

lemon, sliced in 4 pieces

honey

Step by step
Peel and julienne the ginger. Slice the lemon.
Put the ginger in the sieve of the teapot. Put the lemon slices and honey directly into the teapot.
Pour the water into the kettle. Slide the temperature selector knob to 100ºC and bring the water to a boil. Pour the water into the teapot and let the tea steep for 15 minutes before serving.
