Step 1
Attach the Fruit and Vegetables Strainer to the KitchenAid Stand Mixer.

Turn Speed Control Lever to 5 and start adding the cherry tomatoes.
Step 3
Cut the peaches into halves, remove the center seed then cut into wedges and place into the feeding tube, pushing gently if necessary.
Step 4
Add the yellow pepper sliced into stripes.
Step 5
Season the extract juice with 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 4 tablespoons of oil, 1/3 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of curcuma powder and mix well.
Step 6
Divide into 4 glasses and serve with the bread croutons.
TIP
Chili is a must for this recipe: add some ice cubes in to the glass and 3-4 drops of Tabasco sauce, stir and serve.
