These tornado potatoes are a great ‘twist’ on regular baked potatoes.

6 tbsp

butter, melted

1/2 tsp

black pepper

1 tsp

salt

1 tbsp

garlic powder

1 tsp

fresh thyme

Step by step

  1. Attach the Spiralizer attachment fitted with the Slicing blade (small core) to the stand mixer. Attach the potatoes and spiralize them on speed 2.

  2. Mix the melted butter with black pepper, salt, garlic powder and fresh thyme.

  3. Place the potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush the potatoes with the melted butter mixture. Bake for 25 minutes in a 180°C preheated oven.
